Rugson Carpet Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rugson Carpet, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase of our premium carpet and rugs. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your options. This policy is applicable to all orders, including those in the United States, and for custom and non-customized carpet products.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it without providing any reason for cancellation. However, once your carpet or rugs order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email to either rugsoncarpet@gmail.com or support@rugsoncarpet.com.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery for any return or cancellation request.

  • You provide a picture or video of the package delivered by the shipping carrier before opening it. This step is crucial for verifying the condition of the goods upon receipt.

  • The goods are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it. If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued within 30 days of the return request, provided all conditions are met.

Return Request and Shipping Responsibility
  • We accept return requests as long as the buyer contacts us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must handle the return shipment of the package to our warehouse in Uttar Pradesh, India.

  • Since we offer free express shipping on your original order, please note that the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Once we receive the return package safely, we will issue your refund. The refund will be calculated as the total purchase amount minus the initial shipping expense.

Important Note: You will not be charged for any restocking fees, marketing fees, or any other additional charges.

Important Return Guidelines
  • Detailed instructions for your return shipment, including the return address and handling procedures, will be provided to you once we receive your return request.

  • Make sure the goods are properly packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely at our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Products that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date.

  • Items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that the items are returned to the following address: Rugson Carpet, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, 221401, India

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method to avoid any potential issues during the return process. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, and we cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for any customised or personalised products or any product that has been made to order.

Refunds for Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Additional Terms
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Any item that has been customized or personalized as per your requirements is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Order Cancellation After Shipment: Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it, either by offering a replacement or a refund.
